Basic (Tier 1)
$400
Single, straightforward condition
One medical condition with a clear, direct connection to military service. Limited record review and a straightforward medical rationale.
Intermediate (Tier 2)
$450
Multiple or moderately complex conditions
Two or more related conditions, or a single condition with complicating factors. Requires a deeper review of medical and service records.
Advanced (Tier 3)
$500
Multiple, complex, or rare conditions
Three or more conditions, rare presentations, or significant ambiguity. Comprehensive review of extensive records and synthesis of multiple sources of evidence.
Standard delivery takes about two weeks at no extra charge. Expedited delivery is one week for an additional $100. Every tier includes physician review, secure document upload, a private portal, HIPAA-compliant handling, and one revision request within 7 days.

Refunds and revisions
A full refund is available if your case has not yet entered physician review. Once review begins the service is considered rendered.
